Product Terms of Service
By purchasing or using any ReAwoken Studios™ product, you agree to the following:
Licensing & Ownership
1.1 – All ReAwoken Studios™ products are licensed, not sold, and remain the sole property of ReAwoken Studios™.
1.2 – Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of any product file (models, scripts, assets) will result in immediate license revocation.
1.3 – You may not claim authorship, ownership, or authorship credit for any ReAwoken Studios™ product.
Transfer & Sharing
2.1 – Products may not be gifted, traded, loaned, or otherwise transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
2.2 – Attempts to bypass license restrictions through account sharing, transfer of files, or similar means will result in account sanctions.
2.3 – Any form of “bulk” or “group” distribution (e.g., on file-sharing platforms, group sales) is strictly prohibited.
Publication & Modification
3.1 – ReAwoken Studios™ models and assets must not be published to the Roblox Toolbox, public libraries, or any third-party repositories.
3.2 – You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, strip, or extract proprietary scripts, meshes, or code from any product.
3.3 – Cosmetic customizations (e.g., adding spoilers, ELS, textures) are permitted only if all original ReAwoken Studios™ branding and credits remain fully intact and unaltered.
Enforcement
ReAwoken Studios™ reserves the right to investigate and take action including license revocation, account bans, or legal proceedings against any user found in violation of these terms.
Ticket Terms of Service
By opening a ticket with ReAwoken Studios™, you agree to the following:
1. General Conduct
1.1 – Be respectful and patient with our staff. Harassment, rudeness, or spam will result in your ticket being closed and may lead to disciplinary action.
1.2 – Do not ping or DM staff members unless instructed to do so.
1.3 – Only open a ticket for valid support reasons. Abuse of the ticket system (false reports, trolling, etc.) may lead to a ban.
2. Ticket Usage
2.1 – Tickets should only be opened for:
- Product support or issues
- Purchase verification
- Bug reporting
- General inquiries related to ReAwoken Studios™ products
2.2 – Do not open multiple tickets for the same issue. Follow up in the original ticket if needed.
2.3 – Do not attempt to bypass punishments, bans, or restrictions through tickets.
3. Privacy & Logging
3.1 – Tickets are logged for quality assurance and staff protection.
3.2 – Do not share ticket transcripts or staff replies without permission.
3.3 – Misuse or false claims involving ticket logs may result in action taken against your account.
4. Product Support Boundaries
4.1 – Support is only offered to verified purchasers.
4.2 – We do not provide support for modified versions of our products.
4.3 – Issues arising from third-party modifications or integrations are not guaranteed to be supported.
ReAwoken Studios™ reserves the right to deny support at any time if these terms are violated.
